So I drove the Mazda CX-3. Many requested me to test this car out and were asking whether this or the HRV or the XV etc. But I find it odd that many were even asking because the crossover segment is so new, every car maker seems to have their own take on it. Thus the end results were so distinct that they don't seem to belong in the same segment anyway apart from pricing. It's unlike cars say the CX5, CRV, 3008, Tiguan where they're all millimetres apart from each other. The crossover segments are so diverse, with the XV focusing on being an SUV, the HRV focusing on being a jacked up Civic and the CX-3 focusing on being a jacked up warm hatch.
