The Krapivinskaya Hydroelectric Power Station is a small dam on the Tom River, construction of which began in the 1970s. It was never completed. Today, the dam is a popular destination for tourists and stalkers. And all would have been well, had not visiting Governor Sergei Tsivilev learned of it. He decided to continue construction of the hydroelectric power station. Our new video is about Tsivilev's latest ridiculous scheme. Please note that this video is in 4K high definition. This video was filmed by our employee, Alexey Sushchenko. He is currently in pretrial detention on trumped-up charges. Alexey never saw the fruits of his labor.
