#Seiko 7T92 & 7T62 watches: How to remove the stem & crown

Stem removal with the Seiko 7T92 chronograph movement in easy steps: 1. Pull the crown out one click. 2. Use something with a fine point to push on the tab. 3. Don't use too much force – gently pull the stem out. Note: This also applies to some other movements in the 7T series, e.g. 7T62. You don't need to push on the tab to replace the stem. Just push the stem in slowly, rotating it a bit if it gets stuck. To remove the movement completely, you'll also need to remove the pushers.
