Ruining Someone’s Day

The plaintiff says she parked briefly while helping her elderly mother into a salon. Before she returned, another vehicle blocked her in, she received a parking ticket, and the defendant towed her car. She believes the tow was unfair and is suing to recover her expenses. The defendant says he only tows vehicles after they have been ticketed by police, and that is exactly what happened in this case.
