Year 9 Traditional and Contemporary Dance Performances

Year 9 students explored music and dance traditions from around the world through research and live group performances featuring both traditional and contemporary styles. Performances were evaluated on teamwork, coordination, choreography, rhythmic accuracy, stage presence, creativity, musical interpretation, and overall ensemble performance. The showcase highlighted students’ musicianship, cultural appreciation, and collaborative skills in a vibrant celebration of global music and dance.
