The Legendary Dosa Man -Beloved Street Food Chef - NY Dosas - New York Street Food
We went to Washington Square Park, in the heart of the NYU campus, to eat at NY Dosas. The chef/owner TK may be one of the most beloved chefs I've ever met. He was so kind and so many people knew him and expressed their love for him. He makes vegetable filled dosas that are vegan and gluten free. It was a really special experience to watch TK work and see how kind a person can be.
