DIY Concrete Vibration Table - For Silicone Molds

In this video, I build a 50x50 cm (~20×20 inches) vibration table for casting concrete into silicone molds. My girlfriend makes handmade concrete decorations, and air bubbles were a constant issue in some of the casts. So I decided to design and build a proper vibrating table to improve the surface quality and overall finish. I show the construction, motor setup and the first test results. The wavy bowls show a higher amount of air bubbles, the pouring and vibration technique still needs some improvement...
