Yeovil seal League Two title with final day win against Lincoln - 2004/05
Going into the last day of the 2004/05 season, it was three teams from four to gain automatic promotion from League Two. Yeovil were top going into the game, but a defeat could have seen them lose out on promotion altogether, against playoff contenders Lincoln. Fortunately, after a tense first half, two goals from Efe Sodje and one from Phil Jevons sealed the 3-0 win and the League Two title in only their second EFL season.
