How do I control my flowers growth so they are ready on show day?

Back in October, I planted up a bunch of daffodil bulbs in a homemade plunge bed and said I was going to try something totally new, growing for show. Well, now it’s 7 weeks until the big day, and it’s all getting a bit real. In this video, I’m lifting the bulbs out of the plunge for the first time, checking what’s grown (and what hasn’t), and beginning the part I’ve been most nervous about — trying to time everything perfectly so the flowers are at their absolute best on show day. It’s part gardening, part problem solving, and a whole lot of guesswork. But that’s what makes it fun, right? If you’ve ever wondered how people grow to show, or if you’re just curious about what happens when you try to control daffodils, this one’s for you.
