Man jailed after road rage leads to double fatal shooting | FOX 10 Phoenix

The fatal shooting of Quincy Polk, 29, and his 8-year-old daughter, Envy Cardenas, near 19th Avenue and Baseline Road on Nov. 22 has raised serious concerns about road rage incidents. Authorities say the shooting, which also wounded the girl's mother and 5-year-old sister, occurred after a tailgating dispute escalated into a confrontation in a parking lot. The suspect, Tyrone Dee Chilly, is accused of grabbing a gun and firing into Polk's car, where the three children were sitting. Chilly is currently being held on multiple charges, including murder. The tragedy prompted Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell to issue a public warning, urging drivers with anger issues to leave their guns at home and advising all motorists to immediately disengage from aggressive encounters.
