80 drinks, 33 orders, and about 1 hour in rush mode at a small Korean café ☕ This was filmed on Local Election Day, a public holiday in Korea, so many people had the day off — and the café got busy. This was a real café rush from behind the bar. In about one hour, I handled 33 orders and made 80 drinks, including americanos, lattes, cold brew, einspänners, black sesame cream lattes, strawberry lattes, affogatos, ice cream, red bean ice cream, tea, and more. The orders kept coming, and the bar stayed busy with espresso shots, milk steaming, iced drinks, ice cream orders, takeaway cups, and all the little behind-the-bar tasks. This is a real barista POV from a small Korean café — not a studio setup, just an ordinary busy shift with real café sounds from behind the bar.
