take fresh bone in pork country ribs, dredge ribs one at a time in seasoned flour, get all sides covered. I use sea salt and freshly coarse ground black pepper. Place a fair amount of olive oil in your pan, get really hot and add your ribs, browning both sides. add in about 16 oz can or jar of sauerkraut, about 1 nice, rounded tablespoon of brown sugar, I teaspoon of dry whole caraway seeds, and about 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic! Simmer covered about 15 minutes and add about 12 baby new potatoes, or 6 red potatoes cut in half or quarters cook about 30 more minutes or until very Tender. This is chefkarlfoodwhisperer ,youtube.
