Trump tells Congress Iran fighting has resumed

President Trump formally told Congress last week that U.S.-Iran hostilities have resumed in a letter obtained by CBS News. The president told Fox News on Monday the U.S. was "going to keep the Strait" of Hormuz, "and we'll probably run it."
