Chapter 23 - Chronic Health Conditions and Special Populations | NASM CPT
Chapter 23 of the NASM Essentials of Personal Fitness Training manual aims to introduce a variety of special populations and how the certified personal trainer can work with children, older adults, and those with cancer, arthritis, obesity, coronary artery disease, lung disorders, and others. This is the final chapter to study, but it is definitely not a concluding chapter due to the content being of importance.
