Take milk, sugar, curd, oil, rose syrup in a bowl and mix it all well with a whisk. Add rose colouring gel and mix again. Keep this wet mixture aside. 2. To another bowl, add maida, baking powder, baking soda only by sieving. 3. Now mix the dry ingredients in batches with wet ingredients and mix it all well to make sure there are no lumps in the batter. 4. Once the cake batter is smooth and creamy, keep it aside. 5. Grease a cake tin with butter and place a butter paper on it. Apply some butter and dust it with some flour. Transfer the cake batter to this tin and tap it a bit to release the air-bubbles. 6. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 mins and then place the cake tin inside. 7. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at the same temperature. 8. Take milk, condensed milk, rose syrup in a bowl and blend them all well. 9. After the cake is baked, remove it from the tin and remove the butter paper. 10. Even out the cake by removing the excess parts on the top. 11. Keep the cake back in the tin and drench it with a little rose milk all over with the help of a spoon. 12. Once the cake is moist, refrigerate it for 30 minutes. 13. For the cream frosting, beat the chilled whipped cream along with powdered sugar for 10-15 mins. 14. Remove the cake from refrigerator and top it with the cream frosting. 15. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and rose petals on the top and decorate the cake as you wish, 16. Cut the cake into small blocks and serve them with some rose milk mixture. 17. Heavenly Rose Milk Cake is ready to be served immediately!
