DID IT PASS?! Written-Off Caravan Hits Inspection Day (Nervous Towing Test)

Today is the day everything’s been building towards… inspection day for our written-off caravan rebuild. After weeks of fixing, fiddling, wallpaper chaos, toilet “engineering”, and last-minute parts runs, we tow the van up to Narangba for its official Queensland inspection. If it fails, the whole travel dream hits pause. If it passes… we’re officially back on the road. Of course nothing goes smooth. Broken fittings, DIY plumbing fixes, rain on cue, a limp-mode tow tug-of-war, and a whole folder of paperwork that looks more like a courtroom defence than a caravan check.
