Imberbus Day: Routemaster Bus Ride to the Abandoned Village of Imber 🇬🇧

Every summer, something extraordinary happens on Salisbury Plain. For just one day a year, London’s iconic Routemaster buses leave the city behind and run a special service to Imber, the abandoned “ghost village” taken over by the military in 1943. Join me on Imberbus Day 2025 as I ride this unique bus route from Warminster train station, past temporary pop-up bus stops, and into a village that time forgot.
