OP Burning Blood Character Discussion: Enel BnB Combos and Abilities

Back at it like a crack addict. I forgot to mention that Enel can resurrect himself one time if he gets KO'd with full charges of electricity. My main computer is currently dead. Lights went out at home while the weather was bad, and it got put on permanent sleep mode. Got my laptop back working again though, so no more video tearing issues or frame drops when I stream. It's all good now.
