In this video, I explain seven of these behaviors that I see every day in my practice, what lies behind them in the brain, and why understanding them changes everything, whether you are neurodivergent, or your child or partner is. We're talking about ADHD, autism, dyslexia, giftedness, and, in general, brains that process the world differently. I'm not here to label or alarm anyone: I'm here to explain the reasons behind these behaviors with clinical expertise and to give you realistic hope.
