Any vehicle with rear drum brakes. Safety first. Jack Stands. Wheel Chocks. Spin the tire until you start to hear the brake shoes dragging. Add 2 more clicks of the star wheel, spin the wheel again. You want the wheel to spin slightly, but not require a lot of force to spin it up. Make sure your e-brake on OFF when adjusting the brakes up. Take your time here, you'll get it. Do both sides equally.
