BMWE E60 / E61 XI (AWD) Front CV Axle Replacement

Here is a fairly comprehensive how-to DIY video showing the replacement of the left front axle on a 2006 BMW E61 530xi (Touring). This should be the same as other variants. This video shows some of the tips and tricks that other shorter videos might skip or miss (which just might keep you out of trouble). ;-) I did another video on the difficulties of getting a stuck (rusty) axle out of the hub, if you do run into that problem. That can be 90% of the effort in swapping an axle if yours is rusty or just stuck after many years. In this video, the axle came out easily, as it was not long ago that I R/R'd the axles doing a full suspension rebuild (also did a video on that).
