Making a 270mm Sujihiki with a forged finish
#handmade #steel #blade I think this one turned out to be one of my favourite knives so far. Didn't have many problems during making it either. I did try to forge in a bit of a distil taper but it is only slight. Handle construction went fairly smoothly, although I was going to do diagonal spacers until I realised my cut offs weren't big enough. Overall very happy with how it all went.
