OPI Chrome Effects | Nail Lacquer Application How-To

To properly prepped nails, apply 1 coat of Natural Nail Base Coat. Allow to dry. Apply 2 coats of Nail Lacquer Shade of Choice (Black Onyx or Alpine Snow is suggested.) Allow the first coat to dry. While the second coat is still slightly tacky, apply Chrome Effects Powder by patting then rubbing on to the nail. Use a sponged tipped applicator or silicone/latex applicator of choice. Remove excess powder from the nail and cuticle area. Apply 1 thin coat of Chrome Effects Nail Lacquer Top Coat. Allow to dry. Seal the look with 1 coat of Nail Lacquer Top Coat. Allow to dry.
