Ford Ranger 3.0L V6 P0306 and P0316 Fix
This looks like the culprit as to why I've had this ongoing problem. I've had P0306 and P0316 issues with this truck for a long time. The problem was oil fouling the spark plug on cylinder 6 with that inner tube being loose.
