Footage of private photographs from the first world war, taken by Dr. Hans Gangl, a medical doctor in the K.k. Landwehr Haubitzen Division No. 22 of Austra- Hungary. First some earlier photos taken still on eastern front. Then beginning with Triest footage from the italien Front. Sound track: historical shellac records played and recorded from a grammophone for this video. All records from the periode of Austrian- Hungarian monarchy, so pre 1918, therfore all rights expired- public domain.
