That's why they end up feeling afraid and embarrassed to start. Or they talk a lot of nonsense when they do. I was like that too at the beginning of my conversion, until I discovered this technique or approach to evangelism, which I want to share with you now. After that, I never had any problems evangelizing again. On the contrary, I learned to do it in any situation. Step-by-Step Guide to Easy Evangelization: 1. Begin by asking for a moment to discuss a topic of great importance. 2. Point to judgment through Hebrews 9:27 and ask the person what they think their sentence would be and why. 3. Explain that God does not judge according to the world's standard, but according to His Law, which is summarized in the Ten Commandments. 4. Then, choose a few of them and show the person that they have already broken them. 5. Then point to James 2:10 and explain that even if we had broken just one of the commandments, we would be guilty of breaking the entire Law, because, ultimately, even if it is only one sin, it is still a big deal. 6. Point to the seriousness of sin through Romans 6:23 and its infinite value because it is against someone of infinite worth. 7. Show that according to the Bible, through Mark 10:18, Romans 3:10, and Romans 3:23, there is no one good or righteous because everyone has done the worst possible thing: they have sinned against a holy God. 8. Make the person conclude for themselves that what everyone deserves is hell and how terrible that is. 9. Show them that we have no way out, because we are already condemned and there is nothing we can do to pay this debt. Here you can use the illustration that we owe a debt worth trillions. But our good deeds are equivalent to at most a minimum wage. And, what's more, we increase it with each passing day because we continue to sin. 10. Make sure the person understands the bad news, and only after that (if this doesn't happen, it's better to leave them with only the bad news), present the good news, the gospel. 11. Explain how God provided for the law by sending his own Son into the world to fulfill it in our place through his perfect life and to pay for our sins through his terrible death, bearing the full wrath of the Father. 12. Make it clear that he did not do this for everyone, but only for those who know him and have an intimate and true relationship with him through faith. 13. Explain what true faith is and how it is evidenced by serious changes in our lives. Here it may be helpful to speak of the example of believing that a bomb is about to explode where one is. No one would believe this and stay in the same place, living the same way. Instead, they would run to safety. Likewise, no one would hear that there is condemnation for those who live a life that displeases Jesus and still stay away from him; instead, they would run to find this salvation in a relationship with him. 14. Explain that for someone to have this kind of saving relationship with Jesus, they need to know Him through constant Bible reading, prayerful conversation, and a life of praise through words and actions, both individually and collectively in the church setting. 15. Try inviting them to discipleship or at least to get to know your church. To truly learn how to build a relationship with Jesus, we need to learn from those who already have one. The church is the path to this learning through discipleship with more experienced brothers and sisters in Christ.
