During this cycle of lectures, several specialists contribute their knowledge on aspects related to ayahuasca, a plant known for the healing purpose with which it is used by shamans and also for its hallucinogenic and psychotherapeutic effects. A specialist in the study of consciousness at a transcultural level, Josep Mª Fericgla stands out for his work as a pioneer in ayahuasca research. He was a professor at the universities of Barcelona, ​​Salamanca and several American universities. Author of around thirty books and numerous articles, he has received official awards for his scientific research. He directs the Josep Mª Fericgla Foundation and the Can Benet Vives campus.
