Winter refit is in full swing for Initiatives-Cœur! ⛵️ Since the arrival of new skipper Violette Dorange, the entire team has been working to adapt the boat to her ergonomic needs. The goal: to allow her to maneuver more efficiently while sailing solo. First project: the winch pedestal. Designed for Samantha Davies, it turned out to be a little too high for Violette. The result? Out come the tools! 🔧 Under the guidance of Sam Sam, the workshop manager, Violette gets her hands dirty and cuts down her winch pedestal herself by 8 cm. A small adjustment… that can make a big difference when every maneuver counts offshore.
