I created a method for drawing smiles for children to watch. It's actually a "correction technique." Especially the finishing touches on the cheeks. In the upper grades, some children are able to change the color of parts of their face. If the child says it's not necessary, then it's fine. The self-portraits displayed in the classroom are billboards. They communicate information to children, parents, and teachers. And they do this for an entire year! Children: "I have friends who smile like this [Camaraderie]" Parents: "The teacher aims for a warm, smiling classroom like this [Trust]" Classroom: "Let's protect the children in front of us, and are we doing so successfully? [Self-Goals/Self-Check]" I've tried to make this useful in the classroom, but please let me know your opinions and requests. They're more of a design than a drawing. The cheek color is a little darker, which makes the classroom brighter and more vibrant. Talented children will be able to pay attention to the cheek color from the very beginning, but watercolor paints will fade as they dry. If the child wishes, red ink is a very convenient item.
