The entire development process for this product took over one and a half years. The leather used is the same as the original version, featuring imported high-silk-gloss suede. Both the outsole and the platform are independently molded for each shoe size. The accompanying hardware buckle molds are also custom-made for each size. Imported stabilizing cardboard is incorporated into the midsole and platform. The entire shoe, inside and out, uses a total of 7.2 feet of leather. This includes the midsole platform covering leather, upper leather, inner lining leather, and elastic buckle leather. That's quite a substantial amount of leather used. Additionally, all visible edges of the shoes are finished with oil edging. The shoe last is crafted based on the original factory's design files. The intricate shape of the five toes on the last requires CNC engraving with a five-axis machine.
