Drain Venting Lesson 4 - Circuit Vents Part I

In this video, Plumber-Tom explains basic principles for installing circuit vents. Circuit venting is allowed by both the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC). There are some differences on the application for each code, which are explained in this video. This video includes an explanation of the relief vent which is required for a circuit vent when it is connected to a stack receiving waste from an upper floor.
