How to Treat Teak | Boston Whaler Restoration Episode 4 | Banana Boat | 21 Outrage Check out how to treat your teak and seal it up so it looks amazing all summer long. Using a great product named Deks Olje (O-lay). Easy to apply. Just like teak oil but is much tougher. Last's much longer. The beauty of this product is that you can always just wash it with soap and water, let dry and then add another coat. No sanding at all. However, if you let it totally fade in an area and the teak becomes bare and turns grey, you will need to start over. So I usually add a couple more coats every 3 or 4 months depending on sun and weather exposure. If the teak is under cover, will last years...
