Governor Pritzker has signed a new law extending Illinois' Voluntary Pension COLA Buyout Program through 2028. Supporters say the program has already reduced the state's pension liabilities by billions of dollars and could provide additional budget relief in the years ahead. Joining us now is state Representative Bob Morgan, the sponsor of the legislation.
