Today was the day to prepare a delicious Minas Gerais cheese farofa 🧀🌿 A simple, tasty recipe full of that country flavor we love here ❤️ 📝 Cheese Farofa Recipe: • 1 cup of cubed cheese • 1 tablespoon of lard • 1 egg • Sugar to taste • Cassava flour until the desired consistency is reached 👩‍🍳 Preparation: Add the lard and egg and let it fry. Add the cheese and sauté well. Then add the sugar and, subsequently, the cassava flour little by little until it reaches the desired consistency.
