4x4 Trail Building on a Ski Resort

Who knew wheeling on ski resorts were a thing? Turns out, in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, they make for some pretty great off-roading. Whitecap Mountain Ski Resort in Upson, Wisconsin gave the Wisconsin Coalition of Four Wheel Drives a unique opportunity. The WC4WD has special permission to build full-size 4x4 trails during the offseason for the annual event, 4x4 Crawltoberfest, held in October. Over 400 acres and 3 mountains, the potential for rock crawls, hill climbs, mudding, wheeling through trees, spectacular scenery... well, it's limitless. We've barely scratched the surface of what these mountains have to offer. This is the first of many trail builds planned for the summer, and we come from all over the Midwest. Shenanigans abound!
