We Left the Homestead for 24 Hours | Anchorage, Hooligan Dipnetting & Hotel Night

This week we take a quick trip into Anchorage, Alaska for a change of pace and a little family adventure. We spend the day dipnetting for hooligan, enjoy a night in a hotel, and then head back home to the homestead. Once we’re back, it’s straight into homestead life again — fixing up a Costco find, baking fresh sourdough bread, and cooking up our fresh fried hooligan.
