Nebbi Catholic Diocese will, for the second time in 17 years, take lead to animate the 60th Uganda Martyrs Celebrations in Namugongo on 3rd June. The diocese's history dates back to 1996 when it was erected by Pope John Paul II on 23rd February under the patronage of Immaculate Heart of Mary. It has grown a lot since then, even with some hiccups. Our reporter Walter Mwesigye was in Nebbi and met Fr.
