Our vacation in the West Coast of South Africa, day three. Hidden gems /Unspoilt coastline / A must-visit/unique, affordable and accessible destination that offers memorable, fun experiences for the entire family. During our holiday, we spent five extraordinary and colourful days in a beach resort town on the Western Cape, known as Langebaan, South Africa. If you imagine Africa as deserts and jungles, then you would hardly believe that you are somewhere in Africa in this spectacular place... Snow-white buildings, a crystal-clear lagoon, with clean cozy streets immersed in gardens resembling the south of France or the Greek Islands on the Mediterranean Sea. Every day we found new wonderful places to explore in this heavenly paradice and fell more and more in love with the leisure relaxed life of the local of this town on the shores of the azure lagoon, where they live surrounded by magnificent nature. Our adventures in Langebaan then took us to the Langebaan Yacht Club which is based on the edge of the beautiful Langebaan Lagoon. It provides recreational amenities for members, which include Boating, Sailing, Kayaking, Angling, Photography and general social activities. We strolled around taking amazing pictures and videos. The impressive Club is declared a Ramsar site and operates from within the SANparks controlled waters. Not far from the Yacht club we surprisingly discovered a secret secluded beach nestled away between huge rocks just below "Lagooon Point Langebaan", a place the locals do not promote.
