3 days, 2 nights in Chiang Mai…a short trip, but overflowing with happiness ❤️ We started the first night with an unforgettable Northern Thai meal at Net Duang Dao restaurant. The Nam Prik Ong, Nam Prik Num, crispy pork rinds, and fried intestines were all incredibly delicious – we couldn't stop eating! The next morning, we visited Wat Phra Lat to make merit, experiencing the tranquility and beauty of Lanna art, before heading to Lab An Prasert for incredibly flavorful and delicious local cuisine. In the afternoon, we strolled through Nimmanhaemin, soaking up the chill atmosphere, browsing handmade shops, bookstores, and cute cafes, before ending the day by walking along the Mae Kha Canal, listening to live music in a simple yet warm setting. On our last morning, we visited Wat Si Suphan, admiring the magnificent silver ordination hall, and prayed to Phra Upakut for good fortune, before exploring Baan Khang Wat and immersing ourselves in the art and simplicity. Chiang Mai is a city that offers everything: delicious food, beautiful places, and lovely people.
