Late shift on the farm! I'm taking you along on my spontaneous, unfiltered evening rounds just before 11 p.m. After finishing my shift at the restaurant, I head straight to the animals. Off to bed: The geese need to be safely brought into their barn, and everything needs to be securely closed. Grand finale in the incubator: My two incubators have reached day 18. That means it's high time to transfer the eggs to the hatching rings! In three days, we'll have another batch of hatching eggs. There will soon be lots of chicks!
