Queen is presented with flowers. Various shots of the the colourful crowd at fruit market - great fruit seen. Banana field being sprayed from small planes, crowd very close. Various shots of the Queen visiting maternity ward of the Princess Margaret hospital on the island of Dominica. Women in beds holding small Union Jack flags. Queen inspecting and talking to nurses lined up in front of hospital. Nurses and patients wave and cheer as the Queen and Duke drive away.
