Large crowd on shore waiting to greet the Queen. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, arriving to shore and are greeted by the administrator Mr G. J. Brian (sp?) and wife. Queen is presented with flowers. Various shots of the the colourful crowd at fruit market - great fruit seen. Banana field being sprayed from small planes, crowd very close. Various shots of the Queen visiting maternity ward of the Princess Margaret hospital on the island of Dominica. Women in beds holding small Union Jack flags. Queen inspecting and talking to nurses lined up in front of hospital. Nurses and patients wave and cheer as the Queen and Duke drive away. Queen is presented with hand made wicker baskets by the girls in national costumes. Queen and Duke with umbrella driving through ranks of children - loud cheers are heard. At the island of Montserrat, Queen and Duke visit an agricultural show. They are seen walking around watching cattle, horses and chicken. Various shots of the pageant at St Lucia and Queen and Duke watching it. Calypso music is playing and native dancers are dancing in colourful traditional clothes.
