COMPLETE GUIDE to PETRIFIED FOREST NATIONAL PARK! 4K VIDEO

Jordan and I hit the road again in search of warmer weather. We start off this trip in Petrified Forest National Park! Still fairly cold during this time of year, it was sparsely populated, making it feel like we had the park to ourselves. This is always such a pleasant experience, avoiding the big crowds one comes to expect at the National Parks. The Fossilized wood from the late Triassic Epoch gives this park its name. There is tons of it throughout the southern part of the park, but it is expressly forbidden to take anything with you!
