This time, I tried making mentai risol. It's perfect for selling. The spring roll pastry recipe is tear-resistant and incredibly flexible. Yield per piece 🌸Ingredients: Risol Filling Beef slices Boiled egg Mentai sauce 🌸Mayo mix Mamayo 300g Chili sauce 100g Tomato sauce 50g Sesame oil 10g Nori sheets as needed 🌸Risol Skin: Medium-grade flour 300g/30 tbsp 1/2 tsp salt 550ml liquid milk 3 eggs 🌸Breading 10 tbsp flour 200ml water/as needed Breadcrumbs as needed Cooking oil as needed Note: Make sure the skin mixture is suitable for a Teflon Kwalik or regular Teflon. Teflon Kwalik tends to have a thick batter, while regular Teflon has a more runny batter. Fry in hot oil over low heat Turn 1-2 times only. Fry No more than 2 minutes to avoid leaks.
