Mother of the Bride Speech Best Ever Wedding

What does the Mother of the Bride say when expected to do a speech? On realising that I needed to do a speech at my daughter's wedding, I scanned the net to get some idea of what should or could be said. I was so surprised to find very little posted about a mother of the bride speech. I know these speeches will become more important in this ever changing world, so I am posting mine to give other wonderful mothers some ideas of what you can include in your tribute to your daughter and to help celebrate her marriage. This speech is by no means perfect but is in every way heartfelt. At times I become a bit choked up by a combination of emotions and dryness of mouth. In retrospect I definitely would have increased the pace.
