Rare double header on Amtrak 66

Groundhog beats NS 24x on Track 2 who stops at CP Rivermont to yield for Amtrak 66. ALC’s 326 and 350 on Track 1. Arriving early he waits as runners try and make the train. Most do some don’t. He had to depart on time plus the 24x was waiting two miles north to take the single track through the tunnel and across the James River.
