This effect first appeared in my Cardjurer lecture notes in 2012. It is called The Never Ending Elevator. For those interested in the history of this routine, David Solomon, in his book The Wisdom of Solomon, had a beautiful trick called Gold from Straw Elevator. David added a royal flush kicker to Peter Duffie's small packet elevator routine. This routine extends the ending even further, and instead of a royal flush, the finish of this routine results in the production of all thirteen hearts.
