While playing posture is said to be the "basic" of the Taishogoto, it varies so much depending on the school and textbook that it was a very difficult topic for me to deal with. If explaining it to beginners, it would be easier to understand if one school's way of doing things was the "correct answer," but I can't do that. This time, I'm aiming to provide hints for intermediate and advanced players to help them improve, and I hope to make them realize that there are "various options" rather than presenting "one correct answer."
