Stimming is back. After many gear reviews, here he returns to inaugurate a brand new series…. 15 minutes with...is 100% Stimming, spontaneous live jamming, impressive face expressions and accompanying dance moves, still with his kind of raw honesty and playful programming. The focus here however is what he can do with each of these machines as well as some commentary on his like and dislikes. So don’t expect a deep tutorial with every little detail. This time Stimming chose the Syntakt by Swedish company Elektron. It’s no secret that Stimming is kind of an Elektron fanboy therefore he’s always very critical. The Syntakt is a 12 track drum computer & synthesizer, fusing analog & digital synthesis into one all-round music mega box. So let’s see how Martin put the machine through its paces...
