Hello, it’s CAFICT. I used to not be a fan of jams, but as I tried different luxury jams from different places, I grew to love jam. It’s my personal preference, but I like to not boil the strawberry too much because I like compote-like Jams. Today, I took a cooking class from a shop called SUNDAY, where I eat a lot. I learned an easy and convenient way to make strawberry jams. I also learned how to sanitize the jars, so I uploaded that too. SUNDAY has the best jams. It’s so delicious.
