선사시대 원시인들은 하루동안 무엇을 했을까?

영화가 우리에게 속인 원시인의 하루. 매일 맹수에 쫓기고 굶주리며 생존에 허덕였다는 그 이미지, 실제로는 거의 할리우드가 만든 이야기였습니다. 4만 년 전, 진짜 호모사피엔스의 하루는 우리가 상상해 온 것과 완전히 달랐습니다. 이들은 오전 11시면 이미 오늘의 일을 끝내고, 남은 여섯 시간을 석기 제작과 피리 연주, 이야기와 웃음으로 채웠습니다. 인류학자들이 지금도 살아 있는 수렵채집 사회를 수십 년 동안 관찰한 결과는, 우리가 알던 구석기의 이미지를 거의 뒤집어 버립니다. 이번 영상은 새벽부터 밤까지, 4만 년 전 평범한 한 사람의 하루를 당신이 직접 그 자리에 서 있는 것처럼 따라가 봅니다. 눈을 뜨는 순간의 공기 읽기부터, 오전 채집, 오전 열한 시의 일 마침, 오후의 석기·피리·이야기, 저녁의 나눔과 별빛까지. 영화가 들려주지 않은, 진짜 그 시대의 하루가 여기 있습니다. 📌 참고 자료 Sahlins, M.
